Tab Stop

a setting that controls how far text will be indented when the tab key is pressed

Tab Leader

Decimal Tab Stop

first open the paragraph dialog box

make sure each item is its own paragraph

Before formatting a paragraph...

make sure the insertion point is in the paragraph

To access the options for alphabetizing a list

on the home tab, in the paragraph group, click the sort button
