Describe how you have worked with another person to achieve a goal. Describe a situation, your actions, and the outcome.

"In my previous retail position, we were split into teams by department to work Black Friday. Each department would compete to achieve the highest sales. My team and I made an action plan to have each person cover a specific area so that no customer would be an oversight and go without assistance. We ended up with a 10% increase in sales from the previous year and the highest number of sales among all the departments."

How do you work with people who have different perspectives than your own? Describe a situation, your actions, and the outcome.

I recall a situation where I had to collaborate with a team member whose opinions and beliefs were significantly different from my own. We were working on a project that required us to make critical decisions, and our conflicting views threatened to hinder progress and create a tense working environment. To manage the situation and overcome the conflict, I demonstrated leadership and openness through Active listening, Empathy and respect, finding common ground, and constructive dialogue.

5- Imagine that you are on the sales floor and you see a guest who appears to need assistance. How do you proceed?

If I were working on the sales floor and saw a guest who needs assistance, I would first help them by asking them "What do you need help with today?" and then I would listen to their response and find a solution to their situation.

Some of my relevant skills are customer service, cash-handling, and sales. I gained experience when working in retail and other food industries. I am interested in this position because I would like to translate my skills for serving guests in the best way possible, and always putting customers' needs first.

Describe how you learn and adjust when an experience does not turn out as expected. Describe a situation, your actions, and the outcome.

When an occasion does not go as planned, I attempt to find out what moved wrong and how I may do it nicely the next time. This is how I know and adapt to the situation. For example, if I am operating on a task and fall short of my supervisor's anticipations, I will ask for objection to understand what I need to adjust for success.
