an oversimplified standardized image or idea held by one person or group about a concept
Complacency
being satisfied with where the business is now and not wanting to change the business
Vision Statement
indicates where an organization is headed in the future; should capture the long-term picture of what you want your organization to become
Market Focus
mission statement should focus on the overall market, not just a product
