MIcrosoft Office Screen Tips
A graphical user interface (GUI) feature in which a small text box appears when a mouse pointer is hovered over an icon or button. The pop-up window will provide details that explain the icon's or button's function. In some instances, though, the Screen Tip will display only the item's name.
Status Bar
A status bar is a horizontal window at the bottom of a parent window in which an application can display various kinds of status information. The status bar can be divided into parts to display more than one type of information. The following screenshot shows the status bar in the Microsoft Windows Paint application.

Formatting
Disk formatting is the process of preparing a data storage device such as a hard disk drive, solid-state drive, floppy disk or USB flash drive for initial use. ... The third part of the process, usually termed "high-level formatting" most often refers to the process of generating a new file system.
Spelling and Grammar (Word Processing)
Go to the Review tab. The Spelling and Grammar dialog box will open. For each error in your document, Word will try to offer one or more suggestions. You can select a suggestion and click Change to correct the error.
MIcrosoft Office Zoom Slider
In Microsoft Office products, like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, a zoom bar or zoom slider is available for zooming in and out of documents quickly and easily. The zoom slider is usually in the lower right corner of the software window and should resemble the picture on this page.
Undo Command
In most Windows applications, the Undo command is activated by pressing the Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace key bindings. In all Macintosh applications, the Undo command is activated by pressing Command-Z. The common command for Redo on Microsoft Windows systems is Ctrl+Y or Ctrl+Shift+Z.
Microsoft Quick Access Toolbar
The Quick Access Toolbar is a customizable toolbar that contains a set of commands that are independent of the tab on the ribbon that is currently displayed. You can move the Quick Access Toolbar from one of the two possible locations, and you can add buttons that represent commands to the Quick Access Toolbar.
Redo Command
To reverse your last action, press CTRL+Z. To reverse your last Undo, press CTRL+Y. You can reverse more than one action that has been undone. You can use Redo command only after Undo command.

Microsoft Office Clipboard
A clipboard is a temporary storage area for data that the user wants to copy from one place to another. In a word processor application, for example, the user might want to cut text from one part of a document and paste it in another part of the document or somewhere else
Microsoft Office View Buttons
In the picture is an example of how the view buttons appear in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in the bottom right corner of the program. For example, in Microsoft Excel, you have the option of changing the views to Normal, Page Layout, and Page Break Preview.
Microsoft Office Ribbon
It is part of the "Microsoft Office Fluent" interface and combines the menu bar and toolbar into a single floating pane. By default, the ribbon is located at the top of the screen in Office applications, such as Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
