Quadriceps femoris group (The Quads)

4 muscles make up the Quadriceps Femoris Group: Rectus Femoris Vastus Lateralis Vastus Medialis Vastus Intermedius All end at the Tibial Tuberocity, all extension of leg at the knee joint & most attach from the Linea Aspera of Femur. Rectus Femoris is the only one that is a hip flexor.

Hamstring Muscles Group

All connect at the Ischial Tuberosity

Adductors of the Thigh Group

All flexes thigh at the hip joint, all AD-duct thigh at the hip joint and all anteriorly tilt the pelvis at the hip joint. "Peanut Butter Leaves Me Greasy" Pectineus Adductor Brevis Adductor Longus Adductor Magnus Gracils
