Riesling

A sweet white wine known for its high acidity; common flavor notes are honeycomb, lime, apple, pineapple, or jasmine.

Chardonnay

A varied white wine; flavors range from green apple to vanilla to tropical fruit. Oaked chardonnays tend to have fuller flavor profiles than un-oaked chardonnays.

Wine flights

Each location offers two wine flights: a Core flight and a Location Favorite flight. A wine flight includes four glasses (one per course), and each glass has a specially selected three-ounce pour. Wine flights are a good recommendation because they are pre-selected to pair with a four-course meal.

Gruyère: full-bodied, nutty-tasting cheese with a mellow finish Raclette: mild and creamy with a slightly nutty flavor Fontina: buttery with a more forward, roasted flavor

Cooking Style: Mojo

The Mojo is a broth/pot cooking style made with a Caribbean-inspired broth that features our classic Bouillon with added Mojo seasoning, garlic, orange, lime, and cilantro.

Pinot Noir

An acidic red wine; flavor notes include cherry, berry, vanilla, cloves, and tobacco.

Merlot

An easy-to-drink red wine; deep yet fruity wine that often has black cherry and plum flavor notes.

Freshly-Picked Margarita

Avion silver tequila, solerno blood orange, cointreau, agave nectar, lime, lemon, orange and grapefruit juices

Cheese: Butterkase/Fontina Blend
