What is AskHR?
A website and call center which employees can contact to ask any HR related questions. Any type of question can be submitted and then the submitted question gets split up and sent to a team for what type of question it is. The employee can see a progress of their inquiry on the Ask HR website.
Exit Interview
An interview performed with an employee that is planning on leaving the company to understand why they're leaving and what could be done to retain them. This also helps with understanding what changes might need to be made in order to retain future employees. At this point a review of the employee and a file is able to be created about them to determine if they're re-hirable

Just know the support ratio is how many like finance, hr, support type positions there are versus the population of the rest of the location. Don't need to know the KPO or exact number, just understand what it means
