1. feet hip- width distance apart 2. fold foward at hips bringing hands to mat, grabbing elbows, or backs of legs 3. head hangs heavy
Ardha uttanasana (half way lift)
1. hands to shins (or mat) 2. back is flat and head stays in line with spine 3. Gaze is forward and down
