-As a Raiderette you are and ambassetor for the team. you don't just want to be any ambassetor but a good Ambassetor. -First it starts with a good appereance and a good first impression. We are the face of the ream and the whole organization. We want to look polished in every situation -at events or game day -You have to look just as good on the outsied as you do on the inside you need to be positive and well spoken and true to who you are. That is why makes a great ambassator

-I think more then ever this is the time to check in on friends and family and make sure everyone is doing okay. The last kind thing I did was drop off a care package to my best friend. She has really bad allergies so I put benadril and a netty pot. Also put a bottle of sangria and a gift card to panera bread. -Do something kind at finals for one of the girls
What motivates you?
-I'm really driven by results. I like it when I have a concrete goal to meet and enough time to figure out a strong strategy for accomplishing it. -I love creating an organized schedule for completing a task and achieving my goals on time. -If I really want somehting I go for it and to the best of my ability do everything I can to achieve those goals.
If you could be a color what would you be and why?
If I was a color I would be purple. It is one of my favorite colors but also becasue it is a color that represents cancer awareness of all cancers. I saw that the radierettes are choose to be apart of "My cause, my cleats" I would love to be a part of such an amazing awareness program and wear some cute purple shoes to show my support.

Tuck Rule- What is it and when was it significant?
-Tuck Rule -1999 - 2013: when an offensive player is holding the ball, any intentional forward motion of the arm starts the pass, even if he loses possession of the ball while trying to tuck it back, resulting in an incomplete pass. If he does tuck it back and loses possession, it's a fumble. -During the AFC championship game in 2001 season, Charles Woodson blitzed Tom Brady (QB) causing what appeared to be a fumble, which was then recovered by Raiders linebacker. This would've lead to a Raiders victory, but when the play was reviewed it was determined to be an incomplete pass by way of the "tuck rule," which gave possession back to the Patriots who then kicked a field goal and won

I would love to be a part the Raiderette sisterhood. Women empowerment. That is something I crave and want to be a part of.
When is it okay to have a negative attitude?
I honestly dont think there is ever a good time to have a negative attitude. Life is too short. negativity dosen't help anything or anyone.
how would you pritoritize your time and the Raiderettes?
I value my career, I have worked hard to get where I am. Getting my degree was not easy and is honeslty one of my biggest acomplishments. I am actually the first in the family to get a bachlors degree. but with that being said, while I was in college i had a full course load and did cheer. I was very organized and had my days planeed hour by hour. So I would prioritize Raiderettes equally with my current job. I wouldn't be auditioning if i didn't know i could make it work.
If a teammate was not following the rules, what would you do?
In that situation, If a teammate was not following the rules, i would find it odd because I know we all worked our booties off become a Raiderette and be a part of such an amazing organization. I would first talk to them 1 on 1 and ask them if they are okay? If they say yes then ask why were they not following the rules? Just talk to them and see what is going on.

As I said I work for Xerox as an Account Manager. Now in my first few months on the job after a copy machine was installed I would go and give a training. This is public knowledge but we installed UNLV. Now this lady was upset about the doc feeder not being big enough. She was use to 200 sheets. This one was only 130. She said "Nope, we need a different copier" (the reason it is smaller is to cause less jamming) told her message will pop up and ask if you are done - people are afraid of Change - but change can be good - like the Raiders moving to Vegas
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
Being a Raiderette we need to look our best at all times and we all know that can take time doing prep work and then Hair and make-up. I would want to be like flash and be able to do My hair and make-up in a blink of an eye.

Current- mama mia I just love the costumes, the dancing and the performing. They just really get into that role when they perform just like we see the Raiderettes do when they put on their uniform

Darren Waller #83- first of all he is a tight end and that is my favorite position. second - It has been three years ssince he has been clean with opiode addiction. I can relate to players that have stories and are vunrealble to share them.

How would you like being a Raiderette out in the community?
I would love it. When I cheered for UNR, our team was 100% community based. We gave up the idea of going and competing so we could spend more time in our community. Instead of spending our time and focus on competing we put those efforts into cheering for games and supporting local organizations. In Reno we did a lot of volunteering as well, we had the opportunity to volunteer for many walks (Alzheimer's walk), worked with schools (reading to kids), many goody two shoes events, local non-profit (think kindness), I was an ambassator for cheer4kindness (kindness challenges)

What inspires you?
Many people have inspited me throughout me life. The one inspiration is my brother. My brother actually has autisum. He is not high functioning autisum but I still love him. He is 23 years old and is basically still stuck in a 7 year old body. He is just always so happy and when i am having a bad day he will say the cutest things. He inspires me to be a kind person. He is my biggest fan and I know he would love to see me on the sidlines next to all my raiderette sisters cheering on raider nation.

Mom- she has been one of my only role models. I love my family but grew up with a family that was more on the dysfunctional side. She was the only person I could really trust and turn to. She is a single mom, with a son with autism. (Story of Christmas movie theater) I don't know where I would be without her.

Give an example of when you were proactive.
Proactive is my middle name. I am a Type A person all the way. Preparing to tryout for auditions. I knew i was going to try out for the team the moment the move to Vegas was official. I started analyzing the team's dance style, Hair, Make-up, started following girls on the team, I ordered my tryout outfit in December.

What is the last volunteer work you have done?
The last volunteering I did was participate in a Virtual 5K run with Grant A Gift Foundation. They usually do this in person but this year they did it virtually. You got a tee shirt sent to you and had to time your self and summit times for winning placement. I know how involved the Raiders Organization is involved with the community and would love if I was a Raiderette to be more involved with local non-profit organizations like Grant a Gift
What would you change about the Raiderettes?
The obvious change would be adding me to the team. No but honestly, the whole raiders organization is going to go through a lot of change just from the fact of moving cities. I think after a year we will know more on what to improve from this new change.
Why do you want to be a Raiderette?
The reason I what to be a Raiderette is because it emcompasses many of my passions. I love to Dance, I love Football (Not called America's favorite sport for no reason), I love my city and I love giveing back to my cummunity. What better way then to combine all those passions and become part of the Raiders franchise and become a Raiderette with amazing, strong, confiedent, women that are great ambassators for the team.
Why do the Raiders, light the Torch before each home game?
The torch that is lit before every home game is in remeberance of Al Davis. Al Davis did so much for the Raiders organization from the very beggining. He made the Raiders what they are today and I can just picture myself being on the sidelines with my cute white boots and big white puffy sleeves watching the Torch get lit for the first time in alligant stadium
what does tradition mean to you?
Tradition is very close to my heart. It is something to always look forward to. It reminds me of the holidays with my family. One tradition my family has always done is put up the christmas tree the day after thanksgiving and eat thanksgiving leftovers. We alwys love unwrapping all the ordanents and reminising on good times. Jsut like my family the Raiders are a "deeply rooted" Family as well. Al Davis passing down ownership to his son Mark Davis. what is one of your hobbies
When I am not watching netflix, I love spending time with my family. I cherish all the time i have with them.
What inspired you to be a Raiderette?
When I became a fan in college, I started following the Raiderettes on Instagram. I was always hoping to catch a short bip of them on TV. I watched all the cute posts on social media. Looking for the outside in I see what a close sisterhood the team has. Everyone just has each others backs and works as a team to look amazing on the field. I am inspired too that most of the women have other jobs than just being a Raiderette which inspires me..
What does Commitment to Excellence mean to you?
You are doing everything you can and to the best of your abilty to excel. This is a quote out of many that Al Davis is known for saying. I have actually seen old school videos of the Raiders walking out of the tunnel on to the field and on the wall it says Comitment to Excellence. This is not just for the Raiders football but also what they Raiderettes live by as well. You can just see it when you look at any of the Raiderettes and thats why i would love to be apart of that sisterhood.
What is the definition of a leader?
a person who is firm but fair. - Talk about Mandy - I can tell from videos you have posted - I can see your positivity - I can see that you want the best for your team - I have been training with Raiderette Kenzie for tryouts and she has nothing bad to say about you. She raves about you. The fact that girls are up rooting their lives to come and cheer another year in vegas says it all. I would be honored to be caoched by a formor DDC. What is one of your pet peeves?
being late.. i feel it is just respectful to be on time. But i do understand that that person may be late becasue life can get crazy.

current- Justin Bieber "intentions" - It is a good pump up song for me before a workout. It would defintialy be on my pump up list playlist getting ready and preparing for game day as a Raiderette.
What one word would you use to describe yourself?
genuine - this is something i pride myself in. You have to be real with who you are and raw. and not pretend to be something else. I see that in the Raiderettes and that is why I know i would be a good fit. You see that they

Explain a time you had to defuse a situation.
life guard manager - assistant manager and lifeguard- assiatnat managerwas always late and life gurads would get upset.
What is your guilty pleasure?
listening to the local Radio. My boyfriend and my friends make fun of me for it but I love it. The music is good and you don't have to be the DJ all the time. I love supporting local news stations like 94.1 and listen to Mersadies in the morning. - They also talk about the news and upcoming events and the Raiders news always strikes my attention
what is your spirt animal?
my spirt would be a dolphin. I think they are amazing creatures and smart. They have ecolocation which is an amazing comunication tool that allows they to track prey. they work as a team to trap the pray and accomplish their goal. All of the dolphins have differnt roles to accomplish their goal. Jsut like the Raiderettes. We are all differnt but put together we make a great team and an amazing sisterhood.
What are your weaknesses?
picking up choreography too slow (Auditory processing disorder), spelling (Dyslexia) very critical of myself. attempting to please everyone (people pleaser) - I think weaknesses are great - they alow us to identify our short comings and learn and grow from them. We all have weakness but someones weaknesses can be someones strengh. As a team we are all different we all have our strenghts and weaknesses.
Being in Quartine, what have you been doing in SIP to benifit the life of others?
staying home and when going outside wearing a mask to protect others. In my major we learn about herd immunity and when everyone does there part and works together we achieve our goal. we work as a team to come out of this stronger. I can see the Raiderettes work as a team to do their best to look the best they can everyday
If you could play any football position, what would it be and why?
tight end - is often seen as a hybrid position with the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a wide receiver.
