Alendronate Sodium
Adverse effects are rare and include abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, flatulence, and musculoskeletal pain. Rare cases of severe local irritation of the upper GI mucosa have occurred.
Darifenacin Hydrobromide
Adverse effects are usually mild and transient and include, in order of occurrence: dry mouth, constipation, urinary tract infection, blurred vision, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, asthenia, and dry eyes.
Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Dihydrate (inhalation)
Adverse effects are usually mild to moderate in severity and include upper respiratory tract infection, nasopharyngitis, headache, vomiting, sinusitis, bronchitis, oral candidiasis, and nasal congestion
Budesonide (inhalation)
Adverse effects with the Turbohaler include headache, asthenia, pain, dyspepsia, nausea, oral candidiasis, arthralgia, cough, respiratory infection, rhinitis and sinusitis. Adverse effects from Respules include respiratory infection, rhinitis, cough, otitis media, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and rash
Acyclovir
Capsules, Tablets: nausea and vomiting Ointment: Stinging, burning, and pruritus Injection: Phlebitis, inflammation at injection site, transient creatinine elevations, rash, hives
Acetaminophen with codeine
Common adverse effects include dizziness, drowsiness, constipation, nausea, vomiting and excessive sweating

Azithromycin Dihydrate
DIARRHEA, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Intravenous therapy may cause pain at the injection site and local inflammation

DIZZINESS, hypotension, MUSCLE CRAMPS, WEAKNESS, IMPAIRED HEARING, hyperuricemia, hypochloremia, hyponatremia, HYPOKALEMIA, azotemia, and hyperglycemia
Carbidopa with Levodopa
DYSTONIC or involuntary movements, depression, dementia, and nausea

Diarrhea (16%), vaginal moniliasis (5% of women), nausea (3%), headache (2%), and abdominal pain (1%)
Clozapine

Allopurinol

Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, fatigue, asthenia, nausea, constipation, dyspepsia, unpleasant taste, blurred vision, headache, nervousness, and confusion
Clonidine Hydrochloride
Dry mouth, dry eyes, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, fatigue, edema, constipation, and impotence
Amlodipine Besylate
Edema, flushing, headache, fatigue, and abdominal pain
Clindamycin Hydrochloride (oral)
May cause abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pruritus, and vaginitis. Muscle pain, severe diarrhea, or rash may be sign of potentially severe conditions and should be reported to a physician.
Clarithromycin
May cause nausea (3%), DIARRHEA (3%), disruption in taste 3%), dyspepsia (2%), abdominal pain (2%), and headache
Colesevelam Hydrochloride
Most common adverse effects include constipation, dyspepsia, and nausea
Citalopram Hydrobromide
Nausea (21%), dry mouth (20%), somnolence (18%), insomnia (15%), diarrhea (8%), ejaculation disorder (6%), and impotence (3%). Other adverse effects occurred at the same rate as placebo.
Albuterol Sulfate
Nausea, vomiting, nervousness, headache, insomnia, tremor, dizziness, hypertension, tachycardia, palpitations
Clotrimazole with betamethasone dipropionate
Paresthesia, erythema, stinging, blistering, peeling pruritus, urticaria, burning, and general irritation of the skin
Amiodarone
Potential serious adverse effects include hypotension, cardiogenic shock, cardiac arreset, congestive heart failure, bradycardia, liver function test abnormalities, pulmonary fibrosis, ventricular tachycardia, and AV block. Less serious adverse effects include nausea and vomiting, photosensitivity, fatigue, ataxia, dizziness, anorexia, constipation, and visual disturbances.
Chlorpheniramine with Hydrocodone
Pruritus, drowsiness, constipation, dry mouth, vomiting, and nausea
Buspirone Hydrochloride
Skin rash, tachycardia, headache, fatigue, sweating, muscle pain, dream disturbances, dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, insomnia, mood alterations, depression, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation, nasal congestion, blurred vision, tinnitus, and sore throat
Amitriptyline Hydrochlorine
Tachycardia, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, headache, constipation, urinary retention, drowsiness, and weight gain
Baclofen
The most common adverse effect is drowsiness. Other common effects include dizziness, weakness, fatigue, confusion, headache, insomnia, nausea, constipation, and urinary frequency
Cyclosproine Emulsion
The most common adverse effect is ocular burning (17%). Less comon adverse effects (<5%) include conjunctival hyperemia, discharge, epiphora, eye pain, foreign body sensation, pruritus, stinging, and blurring
Dabigatran Etexilate Mesylate
The most common adverse effects are also potentially serious and include bleeding, dyspepsia, nausea, upper abdominal pain, GI hemorrhage, and diarrhea
Codeine Phosphate with Guaifenesin
The most common adverse effects are drowsiness and constipation. May also cause nausea or vomiting.
Bisoprolol Fumarate with Hydrochlorothiazide
The most common adverse effects are fatigue, headache, dizziness, and diarrhea
Beclomethasone Diproprionate
The most common adverse effects are headache, upper respiratory tract infections and pharyngitis
Colchicine
The most common adverse effects are vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea. Additional doses should be avoided when these adverse effects appear. A less common but potentially severe effect includes aplastic anemia with agranulocytosis or with thrombocytopenia. May also cause peripheral neuritis, purpura, myopathy, and loss of hair.
Buprenorphine with Naloxone
The most common adverse effects include headache, constipation, nausea, and sweating. Report to a doctor if dizziness, confusion, jaundice (yellow skin or eyes), or shortness of breath occur
Desvenlafaxine
The most common adverse effects include nausea, dry mouth, anorexia, constipation, drowsiness, insomnia, dizziness, sweating, erectile dysfunction, and decreased libido
Anastrazole
The most common adverse effects include vasodilation, nausea, vomiting, asthenia, localized pain, constipation, diarrhea, headache, and flu syndrome. May cause a reduction in bone mineral density because it lowers circulating estrogen levels.
Amlodipine Besylate with Benazepril Hydrochloride
The most frequent adverse effects include cough (3%), headache, dizziness, and edema (2%), and ANGIOEDEMA, nausea, flushing, fatigue, and abdominal pain (<1%)
Bimatoprost
The most frequent adverse effects reported in clinical trials include in decreasing order of incidence: conjuntival hyperemia, growth of eyelashes, and ocular pruritus. Less frequent effects include ocular dryness, visual disturbances, ocular burning, foreign body sensation, eye pain, pigmentation of the periocular skin, blepharitis, cataract, superficial puncate keratitis, eyelid erythema, ocular irritation, and eyelash darkening
Clopidogrel Bisulfate
Upper respiratory tract infection (8.7%), chest pain (8.3%), headache (7.6%), flu-like symptoms (7.5%), artralgia (6.3%), dizziness (6.2%), back pain (5.8%), abdominal pain (5.6%), purpura (5.3%), dyspepsia (5.2%), diarrhea (4.5%), dyspnea (4.5%), rhinitis (4.2%), rash (4.2%), hyper tension (4.3%), edema (4.1%), bronchitis, coughing, urinary tract infection, pruritus, depression, nausea, epistaxis, and fatigue
Celecoxib
adverse effects similar to those seen with placebo and include diarrhea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, flatulence, edema, and sinusitis
Brimonidine Tartrate
allergic conjunctivitis, conjunctival hyperemia, and eye pruritis are the most common adverse effects. Less frequent effects include burning sensation, conjunctival foliculosis, hypertension, dry mouth, and visual disturbances

anorexia, nasuea, vomiting, gynecomastia, blurred viion, headache, and bradycardia
Azelastine Hydrochloride
bitter taste in mouth, headache, drowsiness, nasal burning, pharyngitis, dry mouth, sneezing, nausea, rhinitis, fatigue, dizziness, nosebleed, and weight increase
Atorvastatin Calcium
constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, and flatulence. Contact physician is symptoms of myopathy occur (e.g. muscle pain or tenderness, especially if accompanied by malaise or fever).

dizziness 932%), diarrhea (12%), bradycardia and hypotension (9%), hyperglycemia (12%), and visual abnormalities (5%) occur in treatment of congestive heart failure. The same effects occur in the treatment of hypertension but at approximately the same rate as seen in placebo

dizziness, unsteadiness, nausea vomiting, and drowsiness. rare reports of aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, and Stevens-Johnson syndrome have been report. Promptly report fever, sore throat, mouth ulcers, bruising, or skin rashes to a physician or pharmacist.

dizziness, vertigo, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, increased sensitivity to sunlight, discoloration of forming teeth, sore or darkened tongue, cramps, and burning stomach
Diazepam
drowsiness, ataxia, fatigue
Carisoprodol
drowsiness, dizziness, and headache. may also cause nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea or constipation
Benzonatate
drowsiness, headache, constipation, nausea, pruritus, nasal congestion, and a sensation of burning in the eyes
Doxepin Hydrochloride
drowsiness, tachycardia, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, headache, constipation, urinary retention, and weight gain
Chlorthalidone
dry mouth, MUSCLE CRAMPS, nausea, vomiting, anemia, WEAKNESS, dizziness, orthostatic hypotension, anorexia, GI distress including diarrhea and constipation, hyperglycemia, photosensitivity, rash, and transient blurred vision.
Benztropine Mesylate
dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, nausea, numbness of the fingers, depression, and nervousness. Side effects may decrease with prolonged use. More serious potential adverse effects include tachycardia, toxic psychosis, and heat abnormalities

headache, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, and dizziness
Aripiprazole
headache, anxiety, insomnia, asthenia, nausea, vomiting, constipation, weight gain, anxiety, lightheadedness, drowsiness, and blurred vision. TARDIVE DYSKINESIA is a rare possibility in patients taking this drug.
Atomoxetine Hydrochloride
in children: dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, appetite suppression, dizziness, and mood swings. in adults: dry mouth, constipation, impotence, urinary retention, insomnia, ejaculatory problems, decreased libido, and dysmenorrhea

the most common adverse effects are related to vitamin D toxicity and include hypercalcemia syndrome and calcium intoxication. Vitamin D toxicity is first manifested by weakness, headache, somnolence, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, constipation, muscle and bone pain, metallic taste, and anorexia. late symptoms include polyuria, polydipsia, weight loss, nocturia, conjunctivitis, pancreatitis, photophobia, rhinorrhea, and hyperthermia

up to 30% of patients report taste perversion and ocular burning. up to 15% report conjunctival hyperemia, blurred vision, eye itching or superficial punctate keratitis. less than 5% report other ocular discomforts, nausea, abdominal pain, back pain, and bronchitis
