Boxer's fracture- a break in the fifth metacarpal leading to the little finger Baseball (mallet) finger- an injury to the finger resulting from tearing of the finger tendon and damage to the cartilage. Jersey finger- an injury to the finger resulting in tearing of the flexor tendon in the fingertip. Scaphoid fracture- a break in the scaphoid bone in the thumb. Colles's fracture- an injury to the lower arm bone just above the wrist.

What is the difference between a dislocation and a subluxation?

Dislocation- the displacement of any bone from its normal position. Subluxation- the abnormal movement of one of the bones that constitute a joint.
