Explain how God's creative design of your hands makes them both strong and dexterous.

they are strong because you need that to pick up things and God put strong enough muscles in them to do that and they are dexterous because you need to be able to do simple tasks such as write and eat and God made it so that your muscles are not bulky enough that you can still move your hands freely

Make a list of as many muscles as you can think of that are involved in throwing a baseball or football. Do not forget that other parts of your body are involved besides the throwing arm.
