skeletal, smooth, cardiac, smooth and cardiac are involuntary
How is the design of smooth muscle different from that of striated muscle?

Identify 12 important muscles of your body and the movements they make possible.
tapezius permits you to pull your shoulders back or shrug, intercostal muscles help you breathe, deltoids lift the upper arms away from the body, biceps allow you to bend your forearms towards your body, triceps allow you to bend your forearms away from your body, latissimus dorsi connect each humerus to the lumbar region of the spine, sternocleidomastoid connect the temporal bones of the skull with the sternum and clavicles, temporalis connect the mandible to the cranium and close the jaw, masseter connect the mandible to the cranium and close the jaw, rectus abdominus allows you sit up from a reclining position, external obliques help with your posture, erector spinaes allow you to hold your body upright
Explain how God's creative design of your hands makes them both strong and dexterous.
they are strong because you need that to pick up things and God put strong enough muscles in them to do that and they are dexterous because you need to be able to do simple tasks such as write and eat and God made it so that your muscles are not bulky enough that you can still move your hands freely
Make a list of as many muscles as you can think of that are involved in throwing a baseball or football. Do not forget that other parts of your body are involved besides the throwing arm.
trapezius, deltoid, biceps, triceps, latissimus dorsi, serratus anterior, pectoralis major
