Stop sign

A stop sign is a traffic sign designed to notify drivers that they must come to a complete stop and make sure that the intersection is clear of vehicles and pedestrians before they continue through the intersection.

Advance Traffic Light Warning Road Sign. "(RED) SIGNAL AHEAD" advance warning signs warn road users of upcoming traffic lights and also indicate when the light is about to turn red—enabling users of the road to prepare to stop their vehicles.

No Left Turn. This traffic sign indicates that left turns are prohibited.When you see the "NO LEFT TURN" sign at an intersection, you can either travel straight through or turn right.

No U-Turn

No U-turn. This road sign prohibits U-turns. You can make a left turn at this intersection, but making a complete turn to go in the opposite direction is not allowed. Keep Right.

Right lane ends, merge to the left

The "Lane Ends Merge" tells you that one of the lanes on a multi-lane roadway will end ahead. In this example, the traffic in the right lane must merge left. Other warning signs. Bump. No Passing Zone.

divided high way ends

The Divided Highway Ends sign is installed on a physically divided highway to warn you that the highway ahead will no longer be divided. You are, in other words, approaching an undivided roadway with two-way traffic. The road ahead has no barrier or median and you should watch for oncoming traffic on your left.

slippery when wet sign

The Slippery When Wet sign is used to warn of unexpected slippery conditions. This usually means that a part of the roadway becomes more slippery in wet or cold weather. Expect to see the sign close to bridges and overpasses, which freeze first in cold and wet weather.

two way traffic

The purpose of the TWO-WAY TRAFFIC AHEAD sign is to warn drivers travelling on a one-way street or highway that they are approaching a roadway section where two-way traffic is in operation, and that their ability to pass freely will be restricted by opposing traffic.

school crossing sign

The school crossing sign (or school zone sign) is a warning sign. School crossing signs are meant to warn drivers that they are approaching a crossing where school children cross the roadway.

Hill side

This traffic sign warns you about a hill or a downgrade up ahead on the road. Slow down and be ready to shift to lower gear to control speed and save brakes. Remember that making U-turns and passing other vehicles on hills is forbidden, these maneuvers become dangerous due to low visibility.

yield sign

Yield means let other road users go first. A yield sign assigns the right-of-way to traffic in certain intersections. If you see a yield sign ahead, be prepared to let other drivers crossing your road take the right-of-way

Keep right of divider

warns drivers that they will be approaching a traffic island or highway divider up ahead. When drivers see a Keep Right of Divider sign they know to be prepared to keep to the right side of the road.
