Cloud

Refers to powerful computers called servers connected to the Internet that allow you to store and share files and access data, applications, and resources rather than storing these resources on your own computer. (APP A1)

Office Online

is a collection of limited versions of Microsoft Office programs. Also called OneDrive apps or Office Web apps. (APP A3)

Microsoft account

A free account that you can create that associates your email address and a password with Microsoft cloud services, such as Outlook.com for email, Xbox Live for games, and OneDrive for file storage. (APP A2)

OneDrive

A free storage provided in the cloud by Microsoft. (APP A2)

Office 365

A subscription to Microsoft cloud applications and services. (APP A2)
