Simple: the easiest of the 5. Might see it within a small firm or single business unit. Overtime if it is successful it may grow into a bigger company from 10 employees to 100 and it may be hard for supervisor to oversee everything so it may get hard. Functional: Multiple people performing different functions as opposed to just one, manager of r&d, manager of engineering etc. or it could also be a process oriented structure such as loading and shipping. Multidivisional: is a decentralized structure consisting of a set of operating divisions organized along market, customer, product, or geographic lines, along with a central headquaters which excersises overall control.

Strategy Formulation includes planning and decision-making involved in developing organization's strategic goals and plans. Strategy Implementation involves all those means related to executing the strategic plans.
