Nesciogender

A gender that is unknown to yourself, due to some sort of mental disability (and/or illness) that makes the concept of gender difficult to understand. Similar to Videgender.

Two Spirit

A Native American term for gender queer individuals within their communities.

Androgyny

A combination of masculine and feminine characteristics. Sexual ambiguity may be found in fashion, gender identity, sexual identity or sexual lifestyle. It can also refer to biological intersex physicality, especially with regard to plant and human sexuality.

Voidfluid

A feeling that one's gender identity is fluid, but none of the genders experienced can be clearly distinguished as masculine, feminine, or neutral.

Abussogender

A gender identity for those who feel their gender identity is completely incomprehensible. Similar to anongender. Synonymous with staticgender.

Demigender

A gender identity that involves feeling a partial, but not a full, connection to a particular gender identity.

Conigender

A gender identity that is completely dependent on external circumstances. For example: You might feel like a girl only with specific people or specific circumstances around you (same goes for "feeling like a boy" or nonbinary).

Juxera

A gender identity where one feels strong connections to femininity, but feels like the 'traditional' binary is too constricting. Another way to describe this could be the "avant garde" of femininity in relationship to gender identity.

Agentail

A gender identity where one feels uncomfortable with their genitalia (wanting to be sexless), but does not mind gendered pronouns (he/she/they/etc).

Tinegender

A gender identity where you believe your gender is fluid, BUT the change is so small/ minute, that your OVERALL identity does NOT change. Part of the genderfluid community.

Trigender

A gender identity which can be literally translated as 'three genders' or 'triple gender'. These people experience exactly three gender identities, either simultaneously or varying between them.

Bigender

A gender identity which can be literally translated as 'two genders' or 'double gender'. Bigender people experience exactly two gender identities, either simultaneously or varying between the two. These two gender identities could be male and female, but could also include non -binary identities.

Erotogender

A gender or genders that felt specifically under sexual circumstances, felt specifically in sexual contexts, different to what is generally felt in other contexts and situations. A significant shift in gender/s during sexual situations or context. Someone who identifes as this may feel different gender/s in a sexual context compared to the rest of the time.

Brevigender

A gender term for a type of genderfluid person who feels their specific gender identity changes very rapidly. Synonymous with Veloxigender.

Exploragender

A gender term for those who are constantly questioning their gender identity, feeling as though one gender term in particular in never quite right. Similar to: Anongender, Staticgender, and Abussosgender.

Ambigender

A gender term for those who do not feel comfortable using the term "two -spirit" for any reason (such as not having American indigenous blood in them). A term for those who feel as though they have the soul of a woman AND a man inside of them.

Axigender

A gender that includes agender and another gender term. There is no overlap, and little -to -no transition between agender and the other gender. In the polygender community.

Anongender

A gender that is unknown to yourself and others.

Gendermaverick

A nonbinary gender for individuals who feel that the gender spectrum is too constricting, synonymous with genderf*ck.

Demifluid

A nonbinary gender identity that is partially fluid and part static. This is different from genderfluid and demiflux.

Ceterogender

A nonbinary gender with specific feminine, masculine, or neutral feelings.

Greygender

A person who identifies as (at least partially) outside the gender binary and has a strong natural ambivalence about their gender identity or gender expression.

Gender Fluid

A person whose gender identity fluidly changed between male, female and neutral.

Hermaphrodite

A person with both male and female genitals. Hermaphrodite being a term that can be seen as offensive however some people still identify as it.

Selenogender

A sub -section of genderfluid, where the times you shift are constant (example: 1 month 1 gender, another 1 month a difference gender; 2 hours 1 gender, 2 hours another gender, etc.).

Crystagender

A subsection of genderfluid, where one feels as though their gender identity fluctuates between PARTS of different gender identities.

Veloxigender

A subsection of genderfluid, where one feels genderfluid, but it moves too quickly to put a name to the individual gender identity feels that are felt.

Mutogender

A subsection of genderfluid, where your gender identity changes, depending on the type of situation you are involved with. It is a more specific type of genderfluid.

Sychnogender

A subset of genderfluid, where one believes their gender identity changes on a regular basis throughout the day, everyday. Similar to: brevigender, veloxigender, mutogender, and selenogender.

Anvisgender

A term for those who feel apathetic towards their gender identity. Synonymous with Cassgender.

Murargender

A type of genderfluidity, where one feels like they are never the same gender twice.

Transneural

An umbrella term for any gender Identity that is NOT cisgender.

Comgender

An umbrella term for anything not related to agender. Can be used as an individual identity for those who believe they don't identify as agender.

Gendervariant

An umbrella term for those who don't identify as cisgender, genderqueer is synonymous.

Librafeminine

Being agender, but having strong feelings of connections to femininity.

Libramasculine

Being agender, but having strong feelings of connections to masculinity.

Intricargender

Being fascinated/intrigued by a gender identity, but knowing you don't actually identify with said gender (used as a "tag-on" gender). Word composed of latin root for "intrigue" and "gender".

Scorigender

Believing you are fluid between 3 genders that are similar (such as: 3 feminine genders, 3 masculine genders, OR 3 nonbinary genders). Part of the genderfluid community.

Necrogender

Believing your gender existed in the past, but is no longer in existence in the present. This could be due to: trauma, life altering events, etc. Controversial.

Exgender

Believing your gender identity can 't be described ("is beyond") the gender spectrum.

Aerogender

Believing your gender identity is determined by environmental and/or external factors (time of day, seasons, weather, specific people near you, etc.). Controversial.

Drag/Feather

Drag is a term applied to clothing and makeup worn on special occasions for performing or entertaining, Drag performance includes overall presentation and behavior in addition to clothing and makeup.

Ambonec

Feeling as though you are simultaneously a girl and a boy, as well as neither, similar to the concept of "schrodinger 's cat", synonymous with Schrodigender.

Illusogirl

Feeling as though you have a feminine gender identity, but it feels like wearing a mask (instead of feeling a deep sense of connection to it).

Illusogender

Feeling as though you have a gender identity, but it feels like wearing a mask (instead of feeling a deep sense of connection to it).

Illusoboy

Feeling as though you have a masculine gender identity, but it feels like wearing a mask (instead of feeling a deep sense of connection to it).

Collgender

Feeling as though you have many genders, but because of the amount, it is confusing and overwhelming to tell which is which.

Equigender

Feeling as though you have multiple genders, but they 're all in equal amounts, found in the polygender umbrella.

Genderless

Feeling as though you have no gender.

Gemigender

Feeling as though you have two opposing gender identities at once. (such as: agender and comgender; demigirl and demiboy, etc.). Found in polygender community.

Vexegender

Feeling as though you're somewhere in the nonbinary umbrella, but unsure of exactly where you belong, the concept of gender is difficult to grasp for individuals who identify as this

Tachigender

Feeling as though your gender changes quickly and on a regular basis.

Aliusgender

Feeling as though your gender identity can't be described by "stereotypical" gender descriptors.

lamingender

Feeling as though your gender identity has multiple layers, part of the polygender community.

Novigender

Feeling as though your gender identity is too complicated to pin down to one word.

Cassgender

Feeling as though your gender identity is unimportant (and/or feel indifferent towards their gender identity). Synonymous with Anvisgender.

Gybefluid

Feeling as though your gender is fluid between multiple feminine based genders, sub-community of genderfluid.

Androfluid

Feeling as though your gender is fluid between multiple masculine identities, sub -community of genderfluid.

Eafluid

Feeling as though your gender is fluid between multiple nonbinary genders, sub -community of genderfluid.

Staticgender

Feeling as though your gender is imcomprehensible.

Polygender

Feeling like you are MAJORITY agender and the rest of you is Sub -section of demigender.

Proxvir

Feeling like you are MAJORITY agender and the rest of you is a Sub -section of demigender.

Quadgender

Feeling like you are MAJORITY agender and the rest of you is a Sub -section of demigender.

Quintgender

Feeling like you are MAJORITY agender and the rest of you is a Sub -section of demigender.

Minumgender

Feeling like you are MAJORITY agender and the rest of you is a sub section of demi-gender

Aliagender

Feeling like your gender identity is completely different from "traditional" ways of describing gender (femininity vs masculinity). You believe you have a gender, but nothing within the contemporary gender spectrum seems like a "right" fit for you.

Librafluid

Feeling primarily agender, but occasional swings between masculinity and femininity.

Genderflux

Gender identity depending on intensity. Meaning how you respond when someone asks your gender

Manugender

Nonbinary gender identity with strong connections to masculinity, "opposite" of fegender.

Videgender

One who does not see gender in a "traditional" way (femininity vs masculinity, or lack thereof), so they based the concept of gender identity off of something like "aesthetics" or something that "has the same feelings" as one might describe something. Similar to Egender, Aliagender, and Nesciogender

Chaosgender

One who feels their gender is too confusing to pin down to one term, sub -community of novigender.

Transexual

People that experience a gender identity that is inconsistent with, or not culturally associated with, their assigned birth gender, and desire to permanently transition to the gender with which they identify.

Egender

Refusing to identify within the gender spectrum. Similar to Aliagender, Videgender, and Nesciogender.

Vapogender

Similar to agender, but feeling as though you are "barely" away from agender (you feeling like you have a nonbinary gender, but it 's only barely beyond agender).

Implagender

Someone who feels they are never quite sure of their gender identity.

Cancegender

Someone who feels they are primarily agender. However, they also feel their gender is fluid. Alternative name: agenderfluid.

Neutrois

Someone who identifies as genderless, neither male nor female. They may be celibate or sexual of any orientation.

Fegender

Someone who is nonbinary but feels strong connections to feminity.

Nonpuella

Someone who physically is not feminine (their sex or body 's characteristics), but feels a strong connection to femininity.

Nonpuer

Someone who physically is not masculine (their sex or body 's characteristics), but feels a strong connection to masculinity.

Demigirl

Someone whose gender identity is only partly female, regardless of their assigned gender at birth.

Demiboy

Someone whose gender identity is only partly male, regardless of their assigned gender at birth.

Intersex

This is a group of conditions where there is a discrepancy between the external genitals and the internal genitals (the testes and ovaries). The older term for this condition, hermaphroditism.

Agender

This is a term that can be literally translated as 'without gender'. It can be seen either as a non-binary gender identity or as a statement of not having a gender identity.

Transgender

This is the state of one's gender identity or gender expression not matching one's assigned sex. This is independent of Sexual orientation, transgender people may identify as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, asexual, etc.

Gender Non -binary

Those with this can feel that they: Have an androgynous (both masculine and feminine) gender identity, such as androgyne. Have an identity between male and female, such as intergender.

Quoigender

Understanding the concepts of gender and gender identity, but believing they could never be apply to you. Connected to agender.

Gendernull

Unsure of your gender identity, but feeling like agender is extremely close to your gender feelings.

Bigenderfluid

When you feel like your gender flunctuates/ is fluid between two distinct genders. Found within the polygender and genderfluid community.

Alexigender

Where one feels like they are genderfluid, but unsure of what specific genders they fluctuate between.

Hemigender

Where one feels like they are half one gender and half another.

Hemiboy

Where someone feels like they are half a boy, half something else.

Hemigirl

Where someone feels like they are half a girl, half something else.

Pangender

this (and/or Omnigender) is a non -binary gender experience which refers to a wide multiplicity of genders that can (or not) tend to the infinite (meaning that this experience can go beyond the current knowledge of genders).

Genderqueer

this is an umbrella term covering non-normative gender identity and gender expression.
