My responsibility as a hostess
You are responsible for interacting with the guest at the time of reservations, when greeting the guest and you continue to interact with the guest when seating them in the dinning room. You set the foundation for the entire cycle of the guest experience. You are also the last team member to bid your guest farewell after their dining experience

the melting pot has entrees that are priced per person to allow guest the flexibility in choosing how they would like to enjoy the fondue experience. The flexible menu allows out guest to enjoy fondue any nite of the week and not just special occasions.

to create a special evening for our guest by offering this unique service by sharing with your guest the benefit of not having to stop off somewhere to get something special. The cost of the celebration package will be added directly to their guest check at the end of their fondue experience.

When seating servers !
A balanced head count, with each server waiting on the same total number of guest, is desired. Occasionally you will have to skip a server in favor of a veteran, so try to know each servers limit.
The most important challenging part of your role
Determining tables and servers impacts the flow of the evening for both team members and our guest. Don't allow the service staff to influence you when seating tables.

We're actually now featuring our melting pot uncorked fondue and wine fest. On this side of the menu you will see all of options for the wine that we have chosen to to offer as far are these selections are concerned on this side you get to choose up to three different different selections which will be a small tasting of each of those three. Just on the other side we do have out perfect pairings menu. This is a four course experience. For each corse is perfectly paired with one of the wines from our wine fest on the other side.
