Irvine: 1. I currently live in Irvine so traveling to work would not be a problem. 2. I've lived here my whole life + family is here so I have a p permanent residence here so it would not be a problem. 3. I'm well adjusted to Orange. County and very close to my community which I think would give me leverage in Sales. San Francisco: 1. I went to college in SF and really developed my own community over there. 2. A lot of my professional connections are based there. 3. living here has given me a deeper understanding of the tech industry and its culture and I think the connections I've already built there and my experiences would make me an asset to the team. 4. I do wish to move to San Francisco permanently in the future when I want to settle down so if given this opportunity to work in SF it would really incentivize me to take this job. San Jose: 1. During my time in SF I also worked in San Jose. 2. Through my time with Storefront Political Consulting I did a lot of research and work for SJ clients that gave me insight into the workplace that may be applicable for this position. 3. I would also be open to moving there permanently so if I was given the opportunity to work at this location it would really incentivize me to take this job.

How did you try to resolve a conflict and what was the final outcome?

MODEL UN - Head Delegate...conflict...LISTEN EMPATHETICALLY...also ensure the JOB GETS DONE (Position Paper) 7 - 5 PM. I would listen and work with individuals outside of formal caucuses...stay up late to meet deadlines.

Who is an influential mentor or teacher that you had? What did you learn from them?

My grandma - she's the embodiment of a strong, independent woman and she runs her own company. She has taught me from a young age the importance of empowerment and hard work and dedication. Always doing your best.

My name is Chelsea Page....recent graduate from the University of San Francisco...degree in Political Science, Concentration on Law & Justice, and minor in Philippine Studies

A company that promotes a GROWTH MINDSET, that acknowledges individuals strengths and weaknesses and works with them to become the best version of themselves.

Tell me about your greatest achievement.

Being the first person in my family to graduate from college...as a first-generation immigrant...socioeconomic privileges...inequity...but I still managed to obtain an academic scholarship..held numerous leadership roles...obtained a fellowship...and was hired in different internships...

From what I've gathered...Keyence is a company that VALUES DRIVEN AND HIGHLY-MOTIVATED individuals. I think my WORK ETHIC would make me a good fit for this company and as. GOAL ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL I would really benefit from the MENTORSHIP this company has to offer.

What is your biggest failure and how did you overcome it?

Graduating college later on in life...I graduated at 23 years old...college in Philippines...community college...unsure of what to pursue academically...took classes on my interests...got involved in campus...and was very STRATEGIC...recognize it developed a lot of strengths...RESILIENCE, FLEXIBILITY, and love for TRAVEL.

What are your strengths?

HIGHLY MOTIVATED + DRIVEN BY SUCCESS: which I think would make a good fit for this role because I think my personality would help you reach your business goals. RESILIENT AND ADAPTABLE: I'm sure during this time, a lot of your protocols are changing and whether you want me to work remotely or travel, I know I have the capacity to get the job done.

I am CONTINUALLY MOTIVATED by the CHALLENGE of sales and the DIVERSITY of clients. Crafting a PITCH and LANDING A CLIENT is a SATISFYING PROCESS that never fails to SATISFY ME. Experience: My dad was a salesman turned autobroker and one of my first jobs was his assistant so from an early age I was exposed to the art of sales and just mirroring his strategies. Political Science (coursework) + Model United Nations (Practice) negotiation, emotional intelligence, working with people and understanding them while achieving your individual goals.

What is one of your biggest weaknesses?

Imposter Syndrome - something I think everyone goes through which is why I'm really looking forward to working for a company like Keyence which will empower me to consistently be my best self.

Tell us an instance where you had to learn something quickly

Intake Specialist - I had to learn how to determine what cases we'll take on, naturally we would take on cases we have a good chance of winning so my role was to examine each case and the feasibility of us winning by looking at the evidence. I shadowed a lot of my colleagues and learned by practice as well as observing my peers.

Explain a technical product and why I should buy it

iphone 11 - newer iphones it has A NEW DUAL CAMERA SYSTEM, THE FASTEST CHIP EVER IN A SMARTPHONE, and ALL DAY BATTERY LIFE. During times like this, it's more important than ever to stay connected with our loved ones and informed on current events. With 45% of the worlds population being iphone users, the iphone 11 allows you to stay socially and emotionally connected with your loved ones through things such as FaceTime and Imessage!

1. Negotiation - Concentration in Law and Justice has given me a lot of experience in negotiating and I would look forward to real-world application. 2. Traveling - I think every fresh graduate is open to traveling and I'd relish the opportunity to work in diverse places.
