Alleged acts of academic misconduct by students in professional schools (Dentistry, Medicine, Optometry, etc.) will be resolved in the professional school if it is a course in that program. However, if the alleged act occurs in a course taught by another college or school (i.e. Graduate School), the case will be resolved in that the college or school that is home to that course.
