Describe a situation in which you were under a tight deadline.

-For my degree, it requires 220 internship hours each semester which pans out to be on average 16 hours a week. During this tine due to my academic coursework, I had competing priorities and it was looking like I was not going to meet the internship requirement. I ended up treating the internship like a full time job for the rest of the semester so I would make up those hours and meet the 220 hour requirement,

What was the most stressful experience you've had and how did you manage it

During COVID-19 when restraints were not excepting dine in guests, I was working as a chaser at an Italian restraunt. We had a lot of to go orders come in at once so we were trying our best to get everyones food out on time. Our policy was for the guest to wait in their car outside and we would bring their food to them. One day we had a guest come busting through our doors screaming at the top of his lungs demanding his food. He was using foul language towards me and my coworkers and making everyone very uncomfortable. I kindly told him we had a lot of orders we were working on and that his food would be out shortly. I checked on his food and reassured him it was the next ticket to come out. He waited inside until he got his food and when he did he apologized for acting the way he did and thanked me for being patient with him.

Tell me what you know about Frontier Airlines.

Frontier is an Airline that offers affordable flights within North America, Mexico and the Carribean. I have personally flown Frontier airlines several times, the most recent was to visit my brother in Colorado. I felt the service was more personable than that of other Airliness.

What achievement are you most proud of?

I am most proud of graduating college. Graduating college is a big deal in my family because not many people have done it and not only did I graduate in 4 years, I graduated with a high GPA. There has been a lot of personal growth with those fours years. And, I am ready, proud and excited to step out into the world with my best foot forward!!

Why did you leave the last job?

I have left one job when I was 20 years old and that was because my father moved towns and the new job was closer to where we lived

Why would you make a good flight attendant?

I would make a good flight attendant because of my 7 years of customer experience along with my cheerful attitude and readiness to provide the best in-flight experience for all passengers. I strongly believe a smiling face as you walk on board will brighten anyones day and I am ready to be that face!

Talk about a time something did not go as planned and how did you fix it.

In one of my classes in college we were split into groups to work on a semester long project that was a big portion of our final grade. Each person had their own section to complete to make the whole project. I was their leader of my group and had assigned everybody their section of the project. I found out a few weeks before the end of the semester one of our group members had not done anything for his section of the project and had dropped the class. With the end of the semester approaching I had to come up with a plan as to how we were going to finish the project without one of our group members. I divided his section equally among us and worked overtime to complete the project.

What was the best customer service experience you gave?

My best customer experience was when I was a guest attendant and I had a kids 12th birthday part and it was a 20 top table all by myself. I walked over and greeted them immediately and got right to work. They had ordered their drinks and it was time for the food. They all had some questions about the menu that I was able to give them answers to, the parents were at the table next to them and told me the kids could get whatever they wanted and to just bring them the bill afterwards. I got their food out very quickly and when it was time for the cake, I surprised the birthday boy with candles and got the staff to sing happy birthday to him.. He loved it and said how special it made him feel. The parents thanked me very much and said the next time they come back they would ask for me

What was the worst customer service experience you received and how did you respond to it?

My friends and I were eating out one night and our waiter seemed like he could not be bothered by us. He took about to 10 minutes to come greet us and after that didn't come back for awhile to take our food order and was being very short and rude with his responses when we had questions about the menu. We saw him go behind the counter and point at our table to his other coworker and start laughing. Later that night when the bills were coming he made a joke that maybe he thought was funny but was just rude to us. We put our cards down and calmly sat there until he returned with our checks. I didn't say anything to him although his behavior was the worst customer experience I have ever recieved. I put myself in his shoes and thought about the possibility he was maybe having a rough day or had just gotten some bad news. Later that night, I went online and left a review with my feedback for the service we had received that night.

Tell me about a time you had a work commitment running late that prevented you from a personal commitment.

was a waitperson so we never had a set time that we get off work, its just whenever our last table leaves, and I had a table stay way longer than expected when I was supposed to be elsewhere and they were still ordering food. I got in contact with the person I had a personal commitment with and explained the situation and that I wanted to see this table through to the end and will meet. Up with them afterwards.

What are your core values?

Some of my core values are integrity- I believe one of the most important things in life is to be honest and always be a good person even when no one is watching. Reliability- Being reliable is very important to me because I want people to know they can can count on me and that I will always show up and be the best I can be no matter what. Respect is also very important to me, I believe you should treat every single person with respect no matter what, and accountability because everyone should be responsible for their actions which means sometimes accepting consequences and learning from mistakes to help better future outcomes.

When was a time when a coworker asked for help at work but you were busy doing a different task?

When I was a guest attendant, one of my coworkers needed help putting a difficult order into the computer while I was on my way to greet a different guest. I assured them I would be over as soon as I was done greeting my guest and let my coworker know they could put the rest of the order in and I would be there by the time they were done.

Tell me about a time you had a confrontation with a coworker.

When I was a wait person, I had a coworker who would constantly take tables away from me despite them sitting in my section before I would greet them. Everyone had their own section, and this particular coworkers section was right next to mine. Because she was a new employee, when there was time, I reviewed the seating chart with her. Once I did, she realized the table she was servicing was in my section. She appreciated the feedback and the delicate way I handled the situation.

Name a time when there was a change at work. What did you do?

When I was at my previous job, a bigger company bought out the company I had worked for which came with a few changes. There were meetings held that would talk about the changes the company would go through. I had a few follow up questions for manager just to get a bit more information so I had requested a meeting with her to talk to her privately. I expressed my questions to her and she had told me what was going to happen. The following days I kept working hard following the new company policies and had an open mind to the new changes being implemented and got to know the people who would soon become my new coworkers.
