Explain one point that was changed to make Germany pay in the Treaty.

The League of Nations was the association of nations to avoid future wars. Wilson was unhappy because the treaty changed all of his 14 points and he wanted everyone to be a part of it but Germany wasn't allowed to join, so the U.S. refused to join the League of Nations.

Explain the League of Nations. Was Wilson happy with the outcome? Why or why not?

It wanted to punish Germany so Germany was not invited to the conference, had to take responsibility over the war, cut their military, pay war debts, give their colonies to the League of Nations, give back the land they won and couldn't join the League of Nations

What did the Treaty of Versailles do to Germany?

To act as a blueprint for world peace, to be used for peace negotiatons after WW1, to generate momentum for ending the war, to generate support for Wilsons policy and vision of the post-war and most important to prevent war.

He was the 28th president of the United States from 1912-1920, he tried to keep the U.S. out of World War 1, made the 14 points speech and he was one of the big three.
