Directing is an INTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE directed toward the achievement of a goal or goals. WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF DIRECTING / LEADING?

It is to "SHAPE" the BEHAVIOR of an individual or group of individuals in order to achieve the ORGANIZATIONAL/INSTITUTIONAL objectives/goals. Bakit pa? The goal is to come up with an output whether you do it fairly or some other mysterious ways but at the end of the day you'll only be evaluated by your output.
