Benzos: rectal diazepam intranasal midazolam * IV diazepam * IV lorazepam (longer duration & less SE) *- admin very slowly

Do nothing, observe & record (time, onset, & actions) maintain airway (O2, jaw thrust, suction) protect from injury (lay on side, remove pad/hard surfaces, dont restrain) decrease external stimuli provide emotional support to family
