Homework shouldnt be given out because........

"In April, Denise Pope, a researcher at Stanford University, found that too much homework can negatively affect kids by increasing stress and sleep deprivation and generally leaving less time for family, friends, and activities." -http://neatoday.org/2014/05/13/should-schools-be-done-with-homework/ -If homework wasn't given out students could become more active and could lead to students getting more sleep. Also, students can be less stressed out about having to do all there homework. To add on, less homework could lead to students being more social, since students are stuck inside doing there homework they don't have time for friends or family. With less homework students could become more social and meet new friends.

Homework should be banned because......

Well studies show that doing there homework doesn't even affect their studies. Why spend an extra six hours doing homework when its not going to help you grow as a student.
