Where I took Leadership
Holding a leadership at a young age definitely helped me build my confidence, relationship building skills, and strong communication. Situation: When I was apart of National Charity league, which is a nonprofit mother daughter organization, I was elected president of my class. One of my main responsibilities was leading and organizing monthly meetings. Task: I wanted to find a way to make the meetings more engaging and interactive instead of just throwing information at the girls. Action: I implemented ice breakers at the beginning of the meetings, recognized birthdays during each month, and passed out candies when girls participated. Result: As a result of this, I was able to make meetings more engaging, fun, and was able to make my class bond and come together. After I was done with my position, the icebreakers, birthday recognitions, were still being used.

I color coded the events to help illustrate who was in charge of what campaign.
