Describe a time when you were asked to do something you weren't trained to do. How did you handle it?

At CVS, one time I was asked to help the pharmacy with ringing up prescriptions because they had a long line of customers. The pharmacy register system is different than the registers that I use up front. I was nervous at first because I had not been trained on this system, but with the technician's help I was able to help them get their line down faster.
