Coat shiny/full, dull/brittle? Bald patches,rashes, or flaking skin?

Respiratory

Coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge, exercise, intolerance, or cyanosis?

Discharge, unusual odor, or head shaking?

Excessive tearing or discharge? Visual difficulties?

Gums and teeth look healthy, moist, pink, mucous membranes? Very red or pale membranes are abnormal

General appearance

Healthy, overall. Bright eyes, shiny coat, too fat or too thin?

Muscoskeletal (muscles and skeletal structure)

History of lameness or visible lameness? Broken bones?

Seizures, behavior or changes, head tile, or difficulty walking?
