Main objectives are to warn other drivers, prevent secondary crashes, and to keep vehicles moving.

-Nature of the call -Name, current location, call back telephone number of the caller -Location of pt/pt's -The number of pt's and some ides of the severity of their conditions -Any other special problems/pertinent information about hazards or weather conditions

-complete and file any additional reports and inform dispatch of the unit status, location, and availability. Go over the strengths identified by your team during the call. -Use a checklist to document repairs/replacement of equipment and supplies.
