Enterprise Underwriting Guidelines

Additional drivers face surcharge of

$10 per day

All renters with a learner's permit

are NOT accepted

All renters with a temp license without a photo must

be accompanied by a government issued photo ID

No additional drivers are allowed except for

spouses or domestic partners with valid driver's license

Age 21-24 must pay

$20 per day surcharge

Age 18-20 are allowed to additionally purchase

All protection products, but must have full coverage transferable insurance on a personal vehicle

Credit Card

Authorization of $200 above cost of rental

All renters with restricted

DL or interlock restrictions will not be permitted to rent

Age 18-20 must have

Manager approval and full coverage transferable insurance that is verified

Age 18-20 can make

NO retail rentals

Age 18-20 must have verified that

Their rental is a replacement with a direct bill and car in shop

If anyone's chip doesn't work then...

You must take an alternate form of payment

Underage surcharge applies to

additional drivers 21-24

All renters cannot use

prepaid cards, money order, or cash

Additional drivers must be

present at time of rental

Additional drivers are only allowed if

rentals are secured with a MAJOR credit card

Payment cards must have

renter's name on it

DL must match

the state that the renting location or renter must live within 50 miles of renting branch

If renter does not pass renter verification they must bring 2 of the following 3...

utility bill, paystub, or proof of insurance (which must be verified). Bills must not have past due balance & must be within the last 30 days. Address on DL must match two documents provided & both must have matching address
