Describe at least three ways you can make your document easier to read and understand.

Column grids can help like letters, memos, and reports are 1 column while brochures and newsletters have 3 columns. Justification refers to the way that the text is aligned with margins. Left justified is the easiest to read. Avoid widows and orphans in text, as they weaken the appearance of your document. A widow is a stranded final line of a paragraph that appears at the top of a new page or column. An orphan is a stranded first line of a paragraph that appears at the bottom of a page or column.
