Youth Life

Started playing at a young age. Had a growth deficiency which caused him to be smaller than normal kids in size and his family couldn't afford the treatment. Messi joined Barca youth yeam at age 13 and the growth deficiency was treated. Messi played so well in the youth team that he joined the actual Barcelona team at just 16 years old

Whenever Messi makes a mistake he gets criticized. He gets criticized when compared to his rival, Cristiano Ronaldo, or when he gets compared to other great players like Pele and Maradona. Since Diego Maradona is from Argentina also, Messi always gets criticized when he is compared with him

Why I chose him

Very good soccer player and his skills came only out of more and more practice. His coach also said he has a "strong" personality and he is very humble in spite of being the best. I also like playing and watching soccer and one of my favorite players is Messi.
