Aliens have no desire to live here(just visit)and immigrants have a desire to live in the United States.

Civic activity, electoral activity, and political voice. Actions taken by individuals, and groups to identify, and address issues that affect society.

Freedom of Speech - The right to express your ideas, opinions and beliefs. Limit - you cannot say whatever you want, whenever you, wherever you want. You cannot say anything negative about political leaders and actions in other countries.
