Limit Calories from Added Sugars and Saturated Fats and Reduce Sodium Intake:

-Limit added sugar intake to less than 10% of total daily calories -Limit saturated fat intake to less than 10% of total daily calories -Limit daily sodium intake to less than 2300 mg. People who are at risk of high blood pressure (hypertension) should limit their sodium intake to less than 1500 mg/day.
