QUADRIPARTITE
If one-third (1/3) of the Executive Committee members feel that an elected Officer should be removed from office, they shall submit the motion to the Chapter at the next General Assembly. This motion will include all of the charges against the member.
QUORUM FOR COMPLAINT
Must be an active member during the current semester Not under disciplinary sanction (For those running for CP and EVP) must be an active member for 2 consecutive sems and must be part of an organizing committee
Qualification for elections
Chapter members voting to recall an elected Officer must do so with a Majority Vote for the recall to be effective. A special election shall be held within seven (7) days to fill the unexpired portion of the term of office.
RECALL ELECTIONS
A favorable Majority Vote on the motion shall be necessary to determine a date for the recall proceedings. This recall meeting will not occur sooner than fourteen (14) days nor more than twenty-one (21) days from the date of the impeachment complaint.
