Exercise - Back leg lift,, the largest muscle of the buttock
Tricep
Exercise - Bar dip, Large muscle that covers the entire back of the upper arm and extends the forearm.
External oblique

Soleus
Exercise - Heel raises,, a broad flat muscle in the calf of the leg under the gastrocnemius muscle
Gastrocnemius
Exercise - Heel raises,, the muscle in the back part of the leg that forms the greater part of the calf
Hamstring
Exercise - Leg curls, , one of the tendons at the back of the knee
Latissimus dorsi
Exercise - Pull ups, , Muscle from lower back and spine to under the arms (axilla)
Deltoid
Exercise - Push up, a large triangular muscle covering the shoulder joint and serving to abduct and flex and extend and rotate the arm
Rectus abdominals
Exercise - Sit up, (commonly known as abs)paired muscle running vertically on each side of the interior wall of the human abdomen
Quadricep
Exercise - Squats / leg extension, , a large muscle in front of the thigh, extends the leg or bends the hip
Extensors
Exercise - Wrist curl, , muscles that straighten the wrist, hand and fingers to form a straight line
