Playing the Game
Maximum of three hits per side, minimum of two before returning the ball over the net. Player may not hit the ball twice in succession (A block is not considered a hit). Ball may be played off the net during a volley and on serve. A ball touching a boundary line is good. A player must not block or attack a serve. During a rally in Volleyball, it is illegal to touch the net. If the volleyball, while in play, hits the ceiling but remains on the same team's side that team can play the ball as long as they have hits left. No hitting the ball illegally (Carrying, Palming, Throwing, etc.)
