Guidlines
Choose fonts that are appropriate for your audience. For serious or formal audiences and topics, choose a conservative font that is easy to read from a distance, such as Helvetica, Ariel, or Times New Roman. For less serious, casual presentations, a more informal font can be used, such as Comic Sans MS. Make sure the font color you choose works well with the background of your presentation. Limit the number of different fonts you use to three or four. Make sure the font size you choose is appropriate for the way your presentation will be displayed. If it will be displayed on a computer for individual viewing, smaller font sizes are appropriate. If it will be projected on a screen for viewing by a large audience, larger font sizes are necessary. Inserting Text
Mark the statements that best describe the use of spreadsheets and tables in presentations.
Make your objects large enough so they can be seen by your audience. Use a font size large enough to be read by your audience—18-point or larger. Limit the number of rows and columns to an amount that can be reasonably viewed on the screen. Generally, you should not have more than four columns or five rows. Use column and row headers that are appropriate and descriptive.
