What is the culture pattern approach to personality?
The culture pattern approach is a theory that suggests that individual personality reflects a lot from cultural practices, therefore suggesting that culture shapes our personality.

Psychologists have examined whether personality remains consistent throughout our lives. Do you think that your personality is consistent, dependent on the situation, or inconsistent? Why? Do you think that the pattern in your personality is the same for other people?
I think personality does change throughout our lives. I have several friends who transitioned from being an introvert to an extrovert or vice versa. After traumatic or any life changing experiences, their worldview and attitude towards situations may change significantly enough to change parts of their personality.
Do you think that personality tests like the Rorschach or the Myers-Briggs tests are accurate in predicting or capturing personality? Why or why not? Have you taken a personality test? Do you think that the results were accurate?
Many sources and researches say that the Myers-Briggs personality test is a scam and does not accurately portray personality. However, I feel like the Myers-Briggs test is actually a very insightful and accurate method to measure personality on a basic level.
