Change the current slides layout to "Title, Text, and Content".

(Click Home, next to new slide is layout icon the click or Alt H L then click title text content)

(Click on Design then Color then civic or Alt G TC then click civic)

Set Automatic slide timings so that every slide advances every 5 seconds when running your slide show.

(Click on transition then un-tick `on mouse click` and click after and put a few seconds or Alt K I and then the amount of seconds)

Add text: (type text)

Change the Picture Style to the "Drop Shadow Rectangle"

Change image style: (Click image then view if not selected then the drop down will display or Alt JP K then click drop shadow rectangle)

Change the current view to Slide Sorter View

Changing Views: (Click view and slider sorter or Alt W I)

Change the spacing of the selected text to Very Loose( or expand by 6 pts.).

Character spacing: (Alt H 6 V)

Add a new slide to this presentation

Click New slide or Ctrl M

Change the presentation so that the slide number is Not on the Title Slide

Customizing slide numbers: (Click View then slide master then top slide then master slide within the window make sure slide number is ticked then move the location etc or Alt W M then move)

Without changing the view, delete the selected slide.

Delete slides: (Right Click a slide and scroll down to delete or press delete on the keyboard)

Edit the selected slide so that "Positioning of product" becomes "Positioning of product or seervice"

Editing Text: (Click the text in the text box)

Change the selected text's font to Small Caps.

Formatting Font: (Click home fonts drop down window then click on small caps then enter or Alt H 6 FN M Enter)

Without changing the view, hide the selected slide.

Hide slides: (Right Click the slide then scroll down to hide or click the slide then Alt S H)

Indent the selected text one level( to the right)

Indent list: (Click indent icon with text highlighted or highlight text then Tab)

Without changing the view, add the note, "Go over agenda" to the current slide.

Insert a note: (Click on add note within the slide and type `Go over agenda`)

Insert the picture "Competition"(located in the "Pictures" Library) into the current slide.

Insert a picture: (Click insert then image or Alt N P)

Change the selected legend to show the legend at the top.

Legend: (under format click format selection then select on top)

Without changing the view, go to the fist slide

Slide Navigation: (Click slide 1 or Home Key)

Without changing the layout, insert a table with 12 columns and 4 rows on the current slide

inserting a table: (Click insert tab then table 12 by 4 rows or Alt N T I then 12 tab 4 enter)

Print outline view of the presentation.

Print out view: (Click file print or Alt F P) You can not use Ctrl P

Without changing the view, move Slide 3 after Slide 4

Rearranging slides: (Slide 3 in front of 4) Drag slide 3 to in front of slide 5

Performs the steps to begin the slide presentation from the beginning.

Run Slide show: (Click Slide show then start from the beginning or F5)

Make a copy of this PowerPoint presentation to the desktop.

Save as: (Click file Save as or Ctrl S)

Customize the animation of the selected image to have a Checkerboard entrance

Custom Animation: (Click the image then animation then the drop down for checkerboard entrance or click image Alt A S and select)

Change the charts animation to enter as a wipe by series

Custom animation: (Click animation then click wipe or Alt A click wipe)

Move the selected table to be under the text on the current slide.
