Ectoderm: nervous system, sensory organs, skin. mesoderm: muscle, bone, blood, lymph, reproductive organs, skin endoderm: digestive system respiratory system, urinary bladder and urethra

Name the process of birth.

Labor, beginning with the cervix (opening of uterus) dilating, contractions break the amniotic sac. Then labor pushes the baby out of the birth canal lastly the placenta detaches.

What are the main organs in the female reproductive system? Which ones produce estrogen

Ovaries, Fallopian tubes, uterus. Ovaries.

Which organ is made of tissues from both the mother and child? What is it's purpose

Placenta. It allows exchange of oxygen, nutrients, and waste but keeps their blood from mixing

What hormone triggers the production of sperm cells?

Testosterone

What are the two types of gametes?

sperm and egg
