Alone

What's more important to you — the work itself or how much you're paid for doing it? Why?

Always the work. Although, everyone wants to be paid well, I don't think I would feel successful in life if I did something that I didn't want to do just for pay.

Why did you choose this job?

I chose this career because I have wanted to be apart of this ever since I was younger, I'm very passionate about this.

Do you have any hobbies? What do you do in your spare time?

I like to read.

How well do you work with people?

I love to work with people

What do you really want to do in life?

Social worker for foster care.

Can you explain this gap in your employment history?

I was focusing on my studies.

Why did you leave your last job?

I was looking for an opportunity to grow

How would you evaluate your ability to deal with conflict?

I would say I'm good with conflict considering I have many siblings, and I've baby sat before.

What's the most recent book you've read?

I'm currently reading "Things Fall Apart."

In what kind of work environment are you most comfortable?

I'm willing to adapt to anything.

Do you have plans for continued study? An advanced degree?

Yes, in the long run I would like to finish off with a masters degree.

Both.

I am detail-oriented, organized and self-sufficient, which is why I would be perfect for this position

What do you see yourself doing five years from now? Ten years from now?

In 5 years I see myself getting my bachelor's degree, in 10 years I see myself trying to move up in my job.

My greatest strength is empathy, and my biggest weakness is also empathy.
