Hiram had a low EQ -not able to communicate well about what he wanted done and went about it the wrong way -not able to see every side through first and as a result he put in place strategies that were not helpful to employees and hurt the company

Marco had a low EQ throughout the duration of the project. He reacted through emotions when in regard to the decision-making process. -Outcome: Our relationship with Marco became uncomfortable at the end of our time with PRM

Sean from the Mission has high EQ. During the banquet he handled problems with the seating very calmly and didn't show his frustration. -Outcome: Sean's frustration was not affecting other people because he was able to control it
