The organ system that consists of lymph, lymph vessels, lymph nodes, and lymphatic tissue. This system helps protect against disease by making white blood cells and antibodies.
Integumentary System
The organ system that encloses our internal body structures and helps maintain body temperature. This system consists of the skin, mucous membranes, hair, and nails.
Skeletal System
The organ system that gives our bodies structure and protects major organs like the heart, lungs, and brain. It is made up of the skeleton.
Immune System
The organ system that protects the body against disease and infection using white blood cells and antibodies.
Excretory System
The organ system that removes waste from your body and controls water balance. It consists of the kidneys, bladder, and ureters.
Circulatory System
The organ system that transports oxygen, waste, nutrients, hormones, heat, etc... around the body using the heart, blood, and blood vessels.
Endocrine System
The organ system that uses hormones to influence thoughts, behaviors, and actions. It is made up of glands and hormones.
Muscular System
The organ system that works with the skeletal system to move our bodies. It is made up of muscles.
