The << Greeting Line>> field is considered this type of field because it includes all of the fields required for the greeting line

Finish & merge

To complete a merge click this button in the finish group in the mailings tab

Use this button in the mailings tab to insert all of the required fields for the inside address in a letter

Use this field to insert variable information at the keyboard during a merge

When creating the envelope main document click in the approximate location where the recipients address will appear and then click this button in the write & insert fields group
