Many people enter marriage with expectations that cannot be fulfilled. "If it doesn't work out, I will just a divorce"- The myth that divorce is the answer to a trouble marriage is also mistake. To think that if you have problems you will just divorce. When you enter the marriage agreement with this in mind, you better start swimming because the boat has already begun to sink. " "I have it all Planned out."- Do you and your friends even talk about how you life is going to be? Planning out your whole life, wedding, kids, job, or who you will marry. God doesn't frown on making plans and having goals and dreams. But planning things that you have no control over can leave you open for great disappointments.

Explain the changes in:skin and hair, skeleton and muscle, heart and circulation, lungs, abdominal organs, and senses.

1. Skin and hair: a gradual loss of elastic tissue in the skin cause the skin to sag. Hair loses its color, and the skin may develop "aging spots". 2. Skeleton and muscles: height decreases with age, the joints becoming stuffer, the bones lose calcium which causes them to become more brittle, and the muscles become weaker. 3. Heart and circulation: the heart has to work harder to pump the blood through the body, the arteries harden and thicken inside. Blood pry may rise, and the circulation of blood through the body gets worse. 4. Lungs: breathing ease is reduced because the tissues in the lungs become less elastic. 5. Abdominal organs: the organs lose their efficiency and the kidneys are slower to filter the impurities from the body. 6. Senses: a slow weakening of the senses. Especially the ability to focus on nearby objects. Hearing loss is also common. The ability to sense temperature changes may also occur resulting in a person dressing improperly for the weather conditions.

Anger: it is common for a person who has lost a loved one to experience feeling of anger at the circumstances surrounding the death. People also may feel anger towards God for allowing the person to die Longing: The deep feeling of a loss brings a strong desire or yearning for the loved one to come back. Saying that you missed the person isn't even strong enough words to describe this intense feeling. Depression: The reality of the death brings a feeling of depression. The person knows her loved one isn't coming back. Going on: after a period of time after the loss, the person can go on with his/her life. He still misses the person, but the Strong grief he felt is lessening.
