consequential damages
are losses that do not flow directly from an act but only from some of the consequences or results of the act.
express warranty
is a garuntee of quality that comes from statements and promises made by the seller, descriptions of the goods, and the showing of samples and models.
implied warranty
is a garuntee of quality thst is imposed by law.
warranty of merchantability
a warranty that is given only by someone who is a merchant.
limited warranty
a warranty that provides less than what is provided by a full warranty.
warranty of title
a warranty that the title being conveyed is good and that the transfer is rightful
full warranty
an full warranty in which a defective product will be fixed or replaced for free within a reasonable time after a complaint has been made about it.
merchantable
goods thats pass without objection, are fit for their ordinary purpose, adequatley contained, and conform to statements made on the label.
garuntee
the word garuntee is often used in place of warranty.
warranty of fitness for a paticular purpose
when the seller advises the buyer in making a purchase, and the buyer relies on the sellers knowledge and advice when making the purchase.
