l. Liquor offence

Section 123(1) LCRA - A person under 18yo (a)Must not purchase or receive liquor from another person (b)Must not possess or consume liquor.

Section 126(4) LCRA - A person must not: (a)Refuse to give their age, name or address (b)Give false details about their age, name and address (c)Give false evidence of their age, name and address

l. Power to seize liquor from minors

Section 128(1) LCRA - PSO O/D @ D/P -BORG person U18yo is in possession or liquor in contravention of this Act -Seize, tip out or take away the liquor or cause the liquor to be seized and tipped out or taken away, with any vessel containing it.

-Proof of age card -Driver's licence -Passport -Keypass card -Victorian Learner Permit issued by VicRoads
