When they came with the food trucks they just dumped the food off the truck and the rice spilled all over the ground. Since their food was previously confiscated out of their barracks by the patrol, they had nothing to eat so he picked the grains of rice out of the dirt one at a time.
Mr. Morimoto, the judo teacher, is very respected in the stockade and a leader. When they come for him to take him into the bullpen the lieutenant tells everyone "if anyone else wants to join him, you can step right up." What is the result of this?
