Leanness

Synchronous Communication

Channel

The process of attending to one's behavior and using these observations to shape the way one behaves. Richness

The quantity of nonverbal cues that accompany spoken messages. Sentence found in: Social scientists use the term richness to describe the abundance of nonverbal cues that add clarity to a verbal message. Mine: The richness of the conversation made Jim use his hands a lot.
